2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 6.3.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 935 (c) of 2020.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the complainant were doing business together and because of some business dispute, this false case has been filed misusing the security cheque.

4. This Court will not quash the entire proceeding merely on the basis of the defence argued by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
