The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No. 486 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence.
