The petitioner has moved this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ for quashing the Memo No.INS/PPU11?2023 dated 09.11.2023, by which one Ram Naresh Das has been inducted as donor member of the Governing Body of Sant Kabir Mahanth Vidyanand Mahavidyalay, Fatuha, Patna (hereinafter S.K.M.V. College), since inception donor member has been illegally inducted as member of the Governing Body, who has never donated anything to the College either in mode of cash or in mode of land, so any induction and inclusion in Governing Body illegal per se which is not at all valid in the eye of law. (ii) For issuance of writ commanding and directing the respondent to constitute a Governing Body following the conditions laid down in Section 60 of Bihar University Act,

(iii) For issuance of any other writ, order, direction for this the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the fact and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent no.2 (Annexure-P/6) but till date the representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of by the respondent no.2. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter. 5.

It is made clear that respondent no.2 shall be liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period. 6.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
