The petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 27/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and one Shankar Rai are named in the FIR on suspicion. The informant alleged that his brother Babloo Qureshi went to purchase animals and Guddu Yadav called him on telephone. Shankar Rai had threatened Babloo Qureshi to kill him, as Shankar Rai alleged that Babloo had illicit relation with his wife. The informant also inquired from Guddu Yadav (Petitioner) but he did not disclose the whereabouts of Babloo Qureshi. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10430 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 27755/2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
