Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 441 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(A), 36, 38(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 12 liters of liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.12.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
