JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 The short grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the District Arms Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner dated 11.12.2021, filed for transfer of arms license bearing Arms License No.2420 of 1985, existing in the name of the father of the petitioner.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Arms

Patna High Court CWJC No.1487 of 2023(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 11.12.2021, in case the same has been filed and has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
