The petitioner seeks bail in Sindhwara P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POSCO Act. The victim made allegation that the petitioner committed rape with her on the pretext of marrying with her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has been examined during the course of trial. The mother of the victim was also examined and did not support her case. The victim stated that she filed the case only for putting pressure so that the petitioner may marry with her. She did not support the allegation of rape with her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14133 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POSCO Act), Darbhanga in connection with Sindhwara P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014.
