Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 189 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38860 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12988 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 189 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
