Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Ajeet Kumar @ Ajeet Kumar Yadav. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused Ajeet Kumar @ Ajeet Kumar Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and the case of petitioner stands on similar footing to that of co-accused Ajeet Kumar @ Ajeet Kumar Yadav.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
