The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghoswari P. S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation that the petitioners and others opened fire causing injury to two persons, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) kanchan/- U T
