Petitioner's name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused, Ravi Mahto and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.11.2014 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
