The petitioner filed this writ petition for compliance of the order dated 23.06.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer under Section 144 Cr.P.C. The Sub Divisional Officer passed the order directing the Circle Officer to measure the land and ascertain whether the land belongs to the State of Bihar. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.14338 of 2018(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 order has lived its life as the same is operating only for two months. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is dismissed.
