Patna High Court CWJC No.3372 of 2008 dt.27-03-2017 Education (NCTE) Act, 1993.

Firstly, I do not find any substance in the claim raised by the petitioner. Secondly, this application has been filed under an apprehension that the said certificate will not be recognized by the authorities, which cannot be basis of issuance of prerogative writ.

This application has no merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
