JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2025 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief(s):- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.10.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Arwal in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.53A.C./2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15265 of 2018(4) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 (ii) For direction to the respondents to restore and to give effect to the Jamabandi No.55/8 created in favour of the petitioner in respect to 1.71 decimal land purchased through two registered sale deeds dated 15.06.2012 and 19.06.2012.

(iii) For any other relief or reliefs the petitioner is entitled for in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the subject matter, there was Title (Partition) Suit No.171 of 2012 which has been decided on 30.07.2024. In view whereof, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appropriate authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
