2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 390 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the son of the informant aged about four years, went to bring biscuit from the shop, but did not returned home. Search was made but he has not been traced out.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Co-accused persons who were apprehended with the kidnapped child, disclosed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2695 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 name of the petitioner in their confessional statement. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent. She is in custody since 28.10.2024.
5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two surities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 390 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
