20-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners seek bail in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added on 21-08-2018. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that so far as petitioner no. 1 (Ranu Patel) is concerned, it is alleged that he assaulted the informant on his left arm, not the deceased (informant's mother) and so far as petitioner no. 2 (Shrawan Patel) is concerned, there is allegation against him that he snatched the gold chain from informant's mother.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3286 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 Specific allegation of assaulting mother of the informant is against co-accused Chandrika Raut. Petitioners are in custody since 18-11-2019, having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S.
