JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner misused his privilege of bail for near about ten years.

Although, he suo motu surrendered before the court below and is languishing in jail custody since 16.12.2014 but considering the previous conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Trial No. 902 of 2014 arising out of Siswan P.S. Case No. 05 of 2000 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9636 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
