The petitioner is accused in connection with Rupauli (Akbarnagar) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that four accused persons, including the petitioner, started to abuse and scuffle with the informant Md. Shamshed Alam in that course, the petitioner gave a knife blow thrice at the chest of the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while there is allegation against the petitioner to cause injury at the chest of the informant through knife thrice, but opinion regarding nature of injury kept reserved for Surgeon opinion. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.09.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
