The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 13.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52898 of 2019 by this Court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate for correcting the name of the district and extending the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below. Submission is that in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 52898 of 2019 district "Rohtas at Sasaram" has wrongly been typed in place of "Aurangabad" consequently, the same error occurred in the 7th line of the last paragraph of the order, dated 13.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52898 of 2019. Due
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3650 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 to aforesaid reason the petitioners could not surrender in time to furnish the bail bond.
On the grounds mentioned in the present modification application, let the words "Rohtas at Sasaram", detailed in last paragraph, be read as "Aurangabad". The period of surrender of the petitioners is extended three weeks further for furnishing bail bonds in the aforesaid case.
The order, dated 13.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52898 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
