The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a coaccused. It is submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad in Amba P.S. Case
