Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.725 of 2022 dt.18-10-2022 2/3 (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.4 to make immediate payment of the admitted amount of Rs.

3,78,481/- against the supply of stationary by the petitioner against the work order dated 15.08.2016 and 14.07.2017 issued by the Respondent No.4.

(ii) And for any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law and facts.

On 08.03.2022, the Court had passed the following order:- "Despite repeated calls none appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, matter is adjourned.

List on 11.05.2022.

Pendency of the present petition shall not come in the way of the authority concerned in initiating action in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to communicate the order to the authority concerned."

Even today, despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
