The petitioner seeks bail in Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

The house of the petitioner was raided and three country made pistols with cartridges were recovered from under the bed of Tinku Mandal the son of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of Tinku Mandal the son of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8687 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enalrged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S.
