The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant with the butt of the pistol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the son of the informant by the butt of the pistol on his head. As per the injury, the doctor has found only one injury upon left chest and no injury was found upon his head.
