This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent 3, 5 and 6 for providing Security Guard to the petitioner.

Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and the same is taken on record. In the supplementary affidavit, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents. Since the petitioner has criminal antecedents, this

The petitioner is given liberty to file an application for providing security afresh as and when he got acquitted in all criminal cases registered against him and after acquittal, the petitioner files an application before the concerned authorities for providing bodyguard then the same shall be considered by the authorities afresh in accordance with law. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
