The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419 and 420 Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.08 of 2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below, failing which strict action shall be taken against him.
