Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession. Furthermore, it appears that the petitioner is in jail custody since 08-05-2015 but the I.O. failed to arrange the Test Identification Parade and, therefore, it is obvious that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
