2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is not being paid the benefits of second ACP and grade pay. It appears that the petitioner who was initially appointed on a fourth grade post served the government and retired.

3. A representation to this effect has been made by the petitioner before the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Bounsi, Banka which has yet not been acted upon or heard.

4. Let a fresh representation be filed before the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Bounsi, Banka raising all the grievances within a period of four weeks from today, on receipt of which the Executive Engineer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1471 of 2019 dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Irrigation Division, Bounsi, Banka (respondent no. 4) shall dispose of such representation within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
