JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents concerned especially the Chief Manager (HR), Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. to discharge the statutory obligation to look into the matter and take legal step by appointing the petitioner on the post of Senior Medical Officer (Medicine) (Gr.-III) OBC (NCL) post at Medical & Health Unit elsewhere.

(ii). For quashing of the letter no.

1HC/HR/25/61/2023 dated 16.01.2023 of the respondent-Chief Manager (HR), the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.2871 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 no. 4, whereby and whereunder the case of the petitioner for selection/appointment to the post of Senior Medical Officer (Medicine) (ER- 111) OBC (NCL), has been cancelled.

(iii). For a further direction to the respondents concerned to re-issue the selection for appointment letter for the post on which the petitioner has been offered appointment on the post of the Senior Medical Officer (Medicine)." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum / Court of law of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

It is needless to state that the petitioner is not barred from availing such remedies as are permissible under the law. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
