Petitioner is accused in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2008 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that Kundan Singh, Tuntun Singh, Chandan Singh and this petitioner surround the informant on the way, thereafter, Tuntun Singh, Chandan Singh and this petitioner shot fire in which informant received one injury at his back and he was taken to the house of one Nand Kishore Singh on motorcycle, where Nand Kishore Singh and his wife, Solu Devi, asked to kill him then he was thrown in the ditch near the road. At that time, they were armed with country made pistol and stain-gun. On

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2397 of 2016 (3) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 raising alarm, father of the informant rushed there and carried him at his house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is dispute in between the family of the petitioner and the informant, due to that reason, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that while the petitioner is accused in two other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the case diary, but in both cases, he is on bail and in the present case, petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
