JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Bihar Rajya Sahkari Bhumi Vikas Bank Samiti Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank') and Employees Provident Fund Organisation.

2. As the writ petition has been filed against the Bank,

Patna High Court CWJC No.109 of 2018 dt.11-07-2018 2/2 which is a Co-operative Society, in view of the law laid down by a Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar reported as 2014 (1) PLJR 695, the present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable against a Co-operative Society.

3. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances.
