The present application has been filed with a prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2014, arising out of Sigori P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
