1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.636/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 119(1), 223, 316(2), 318(4) of the BNS and Section 3 of Damage of Public Property Act.

3. Learned APP at the outset submits that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the learned Sessions Judge, Patna has rejected the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner had not approached the Court with clean hand as he had concealed his antecedent. The learned APP submits that a person who does not approach the Court with clean hand his anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4216 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 application should not be entertained. It is also submitted that there is no infirmity in the order of the learned District Judge.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned APP.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
