Petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Rikesh Sah against whom there is allegation of taking away the victim. No doubt, victim has not been recovered at yet but considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siswan P.S.
