JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Faced with the question of maintainability of the present writ petition, in view of the fact that the earlier case of the petitioner, pertaining to the same subject matter, has been dismissed not only by the writ Court but also by the LPA Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to exhaust the departmental remedy.
The present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a rider that no further writ petition on the subject matter of the present case would be maintainable before this Court, henceforth.
