The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner against the utterly arbitrary and crude decision taken by the Panchayat Raj Mukhiya of Yoginiya Samiti, Sonu Mishra, despite very vocal and upfront protest of the members of wards, the villagers as well as of Up-Mukhiya with regard to selection and construction of Panchayat Bhawan at an improbable location which is not only against the wishes of people concerning the Panchayat but also utterly illogical

After some argument, Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has preferred representation before the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Buxar duly received in his office (Annexure-2) of the petition and he would be satisfied, if the same is disposed of.

4. In view of the limited prayer, the present writ petition stands disposed of granting petitioner to pursue his representation before the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Buxar. He shall take up the matter and after hearing the parties will take the same to its logical conclusion in next six months.
