JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

For the present, I do not see it a fit case for reconsideration. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected.

However, in case so advised, may renew his prayer after examination of the alleged victim, in case, she shows inclination in favour of petitioner in the background of facts of the case. It is also made clear that order dated 01.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35857/ 2013 will not be taken up in between during course of conduction of trial.
