Petitioner No.2 happens to be wife of deceased whereas petitioner No.1 is elder sister of petitioner No.2. According to prosecution case itself, on account of petty dispute the deceased consumed poison and thereafter the present case was lodged under section 306 and other minor sections of the IPC against the petitioners, who are ladies.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. case No.113/2015 (G.R. No. 1221/2015).
