The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.472/19 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the IPC has been added.
Prosecution story is of snatching altogether of Rs.25,000/- from the informant and also of assault . Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on the confessional statement.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody for about about three months but he has not been put on TIP . Except the confessional statement there is nothing against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.472 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
