====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned Spl.P.P. for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

It is admitted in Paragraph-6 of this appeal that the appellants have furnished their personal bond before the police and they have been released by the police on their personal bond, as such, it appears that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the appellants fairly admits that

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1114 of 2021(2) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 cognizance has already been taken in this case. As such, this appeal is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

The learned court below shall consider the regular bail petition of the appellants, if they surrender, without being prejudiced by this order.
