2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent to complete the selection process in the light of advertisement 26.04.2023 bearing no. 04/23 issued by the Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur whereby and whereunder after accepting the requisite fees and application forms, the respondents are sitting tight over the matter without taking further steps in making recruitment of eligible candidates.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the University and it has been categorically averred in paragraph no. 4 that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1087 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 recruitment process under all advertised advertisement will be completed within 2-3 months, if situation permits in accordance with law.

4. In view of the averments afore-noted, the present writ petition stands disposed.
