JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Today, an another supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 and 5. Pursuant to the direction as contained in the order dated 24.11.2021, today the Director, Provident Fund namely, Ms. Neelam Chaudhary is present in person.

Although the affidavit has not been sworn by opposite party no. 3 but she submits that the affidavit has been perused by her and then the remaining admitted amount is likely to be deposited in the bank account of the petitioner at the earliest for

Patna High Court MJC No.2690 of 2018(6) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 which Senior Treasury Officer, Motihari has already issued the revised pension authority slip vide his letter no. 1019 dated 18.12.2021 to the Central Bank of India for making payment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that now nothing remains in this contempt application and the only surviving issue has already been taken care of by the Director, Provident Fund.

In that view of the matter, this contempt application is dropped.
