The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2018/G.R. No.3149 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 03.07.2018, the informant was going on motorcycle to Petrol Pump for taking the diesel for his tractor. When he reached near Katalpur Sengar Toli, then the petitioners and one Sumit Singh stopped his motorcycle and, thereafter, on the order of the petitioner no.1, Sumit Singh snatched the gold chain from the neck of the

Sumit Singh also dashed the informant through Tata Sumo, due to which he sustained injury on his left leg. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that while the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Further submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2018/G.R. No.3149 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
