2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 lodged under sections 365, 392 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named and two unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation of robbery of scorpio vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered and he was not put on T.I.P.. He further submits that petitioner's name has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of coaccused.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4961 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 since 07.06.2023 having two criminal cases pending against him in which he is on bail in one case and in another case, he is persuading for bail. He submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Counsel further submits that the co-accused on whose disclosure, petitioner's name has figured in this case, granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62182/2023.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
