2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that six unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, looted Rs. 18,28,730/- and DVR of C.C.T.V. from the office of Flipkart and when the staff chased them, they made indiscriminate firing outside office of Flipkart. Name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar who has stated that this petitioner, along with one another accused person, had kept an eye on the incoming and outgoing of people.
