JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 The learned counsel for the respective parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by an order dated 01.04.2016 passed in CWJC no. 16269 of 2011. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of on similar terms as has been ordered vide order dated 01.04.2016 passed in CWJC no. 16269 of 2011 and it is directed that the benefits which have been conferred on the writ petitioner of the said case shall also enure to the petitioner of the present case.
