2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 577 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the owner of a hospital and not being a qualified doctor he projects himself as Dr. Munchun Kumar and due to the wrong treatment given to the victim, the victim died in the hospital of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
