The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20,22 and 27A of the NDPS Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 3 k.gs. of 'ganza' were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the facts that recovery is slightly above the small quantity and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5424 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Sheohar in connection with Sessions Trial No.2/2015 arising out of Piprahi P.S. Case No.71/2015.

Learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
