JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and Hero Honda Motorcycle were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged motorcycle is registered in the name of brother-in-law of the petitioner and it has been released in his favour. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11340 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014.
