JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 The petitioner claims that he had appeared for Intermediate Examination, held by the Bihar School Examination Board, in the year 2016. He further claims that he had appeared in the practical examination of Physics and Chemistry Paper also, but he has been shown absent for the said examination, in the result.

From the averments made in the writ application, I do not find any justification for the petitioner to have approached this Court nearly two years after the date of publication of the result.

The petitioner is said to have approached the Bihar School Examination Board, through a representation dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.387 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 22.06.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has been forwarded by S. Sinha College, Aurangabad, where the petitioner had studied.

Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances of this case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board, to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a final decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If the decision is found to be adverse to the interest of the petitioner, the Examination Controller of the Bihar School Examination Board will be required to pass a reasoned speaking order.
