In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.277 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika and after her selection, her certificate has been verified and the same has been found fake for which the present case has been lodged.
